An entrepreneur with a 30-year commitment to creating local services and jobs, Eric Dadian began his career with SVP, and ten years later, in 1997, created Intra Call Center, a contact center service provider. In 2009, the company merged with CCA International, and in 2018 with the COMDATA Group (€1 billion in sales), a European group specializing in customer experience. In 1998, Eric Dadian founded the Association Française de la Relation Client (AFRC), the community of customer relations and customer experience professionals.
